Our company has a minimal website that lacks content and I’m asked every week why numbers aren’t improving. I have advised them that the site is stagnant and needs content to get people to want to visit our site and check out new, relevant information. I plan to provide a new wire frame idea for our site but will need content experts to help populate it. Plan to redesign sections but am understaffed. We have designers on staff that I can only get for approximately 16 hours a week who will need to create videos. Most of those videos will go to a membership page so won’t help much with SEO. Plan to use teasers videos on organic social media and website so will help some. I also need a better way to communicate the importance of what needs to be done and why. I understand but sometimes I’m amazed they don’t. Can you advise how to better show the tracking results from Goolge analytics? Or is there a better tool to use instead. Any advice is appreciated.
No problem at all – take a look at this video https://searchlogistics.com/seo/unboxed/no-search-traffic-content-or-links/ which steps you through the process someone in your position should follow

SEO seems simple enough. Find words and phrases with high search volume and use them. I found it to be much more complicated than that. Thank you for sharing your expertise.
Hi, my website is around 8 years old and I’ve followed SEO that I have learnt from the start. I’ve been adding more content, but the site visitors don’t grow. I will be interested to see your videos to see if I can increase it.
Hope it’ll work for you! I also have some more advice for you…To generate traffic and grow your site you need:- Relevant keywords- Great & unique content- High-quality backlinksIn this order. And, if you think you have everything right then you really need to check your SEO foundation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCHOCzd5rooBecause if your site isn’t growing after 8 years, you probably have issues in some of these categories…
It’s been September 2020. I have started blog on gardening with all original content. I just have 1 or 2 organic search results a month. Pls help me to grow traffic.
The success of a blog/website is based on: Having a good SEO foundation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCHOCzd5roo – Picking the right keywords: https://searchlogistics.com/seo/keywords/research/ – Writing unique and optimize content based on your keywords: https://searchlogistics.com/seo/on-page/website-content/ – Building links: https://searchlogistics.com/seo/link-building/strategies/ – if you got everything right, you can start my quick win SEO process!
Hello Sir! my website mobile speed is around 47-50 in page speed insights, and i am tryong to learn SEO, i have optmized my blogposts. But please help me sir in getting traffic, i am getting very low traffic.
Hey! First, take care of your speed. On my Youtube channel, I have a least 3 or 4 video explaining how to fix it easily. Then, I recommend you check your SEO foundation thanks to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCHOCzd5rooOnce you get that right, you need to investigate your keyword, content and backlinks to see if there are any issues there. These elements are usually overlooked by people but it’s a mistake. You need to get all the basics right if you want to get traffic and ranking. One you’ve done that you can start my quick win SEO process!;)

Glad you signed up for my quick SEO process. Let me know if you have any questions, I would be happy to help!
Iam new to SEO its sound hard and so complicated how shall we know how to win even snippet
I have always enjoyed watching your tutorial videos to educate me on SEO lingo etc… I actually engage an SEO consultant but over the journey, the accepted /agreed volume of SEO organic search benchmark metric continues to fall and while I acknowledge there is no guarantee that SEO activities will result in the desired outcomes…The feedback I’m given is in SEO jargon and the blaming of Google algorithms and no taking responsibility for the metric numbers decreasing has caused me to review our working arrangement and the money I invest in him to keep my business on page 1 (very local). Your video resonated with me and I look forward to watching the remainder of your video collection.
Thanks Greg! Yeah I have no time for jargon, all action!
Hey Greg! Hmm if the SEO consultant you hired isn’t giving you any results and try to put his failure on the Google algorithm’s back, then you should probably hired another one! Glad you signed up to my quick win seo process though. Hope it heps!
Just started a new industry and definitely looking to get up to date with Today’s SEO

I’m beginner.I want to start seo for a technology related website (under contraction).I’m thinking of buying GSA SER for link building.I don’t know what is SEO strategy,And how i will setup a strategy?Thankyou
Hey! A good SEO strategy is based on 3 elements: 1. Good foundation- You want a site that works well, is fast and great on mobile devices with optimized pages, etc 2. Unique Content – You need to have unique content that attacks people3. When you have these elements right, I suggest you follow my quick win SEO process. 4. And THEN, you can start link building. If you do that before you’re just going to waste your time and money. I also suggest you have a look at my youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/c/MatthewWoodward/featured you will find everything you need to get started! Good luck.
Hello, How can I increase the DA and PA of my website it is only 5 and 10 respectively and increase the traffic and sales on my e-Commerce website Please guide. Thanks
Hey Dolly, you should watch this video- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCHOCzd5roo&tBasically, I took an e-commerce site and uncovered all the SEO problems I found (and that are common to most sites). Then I showed how to fix those issues to increase traffic and revenue. All you have to do is: watch the video and apply what you learn and this should do the trick! 🙂
I have a mental health website and I struggle to rank against some of the giants in the field, and it often feels as if every topic under the sun has already been written about. I struggle to find keywords that aren’t already dominated. As my blog is more about information and less about products or sales, I wonder if there are specific strategies I should be using that, say, an ecommerce site would not. Any ideas about this? I have really focused on EAT and I have the qualifications to write about the things I do. I have seen success, but many personal bloggers who just use social media it seems blow me out of the water in terms of traffic.
Ok in that case I highly suggest you watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hvuqWPsK4M where we had exactly the same problem but in the weight loss niche!
nice awesome experience
Thanks 🙂
Yes
Hello, I created 2 websites, in this moment I have ready to launch one of them, I’m struggling in 2 pages (About us and projects) no projects because I didn’t start :S. Anyway, about the current situation I decided to do all by myself, so SEO part it’s my step this week. And I thought to follow all your videos+all the advice you gave her to all the people, I hope it can help me. Thanks for you web, blog, etc I arrived here when I was reading something about other “guru” like you 🙂
Wish you good luck, Laura! And if you have any questions, I would be happy to help!
So my strategy is building out focus pages (some people refer to this as cornerstone content) and building out supporting articles that I link internally to on my focus page which further explain the topic at hand. Those supporting articles then link back to my focus page creating a loop. The more I can build out these topics the better but I have seen some small results so far ( this is a new blog) so I believe I’m headed in the right direction. Finding the right keywords to target has been difficult as it seems the competition in this niche is fierce. What SEO tools would you recommend for research for someone on a budget?
That a good question. In this article, you have several options with different price range – https://searchlogistics.com/seo/keywords/keyword-research-tools/
I need to increase my website traffic. Can you give me a suggestion?
To increase (or generate) traffic to your site you need:1- Relevant keywords2- Great & unique content3- High-quality backlinks In this order. But first, you need to make sure that your SEO foundation is good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCHOCzd5rooThen, you need to find the right keywords: https://searchlogistics.com/seo/keywords/research/ – After that, you can focus on content creation: https://searchlogistics.com/seo/on-page/website-content/ – Once you get all this right, you can start building backlinks: https://searchlogistics.com/seo/link-building/strategies/ – If you follow my advice, you should see positive changes/results 🙂
Just signed up for this series so thanks for the information in advance and I look forward to receiving the email getting to work on it.
Glad to hear that! Good luck and let me know if you have any questions 🙂
we are setting up a virtual store. I already did this in 2010, with relative success. I will try to repeat the same trick from that time. In addition to needing to update myself, this time I want to do better. We started a few weeks ago, at this moment we already have the virtual store on the air, a blog and social networks ready.
Good start. I suggest you read this as well – https://searchlogistics.com/seo/ecommerce/
Looking forward to the next video. I really need to get my site bringing in some sales. Hopefully with your advice I can achieve this.Thank you Matthew.

Now i want to learn from you more on how to rank it on my new blog it will be amazing 🙂
No worries Nitin! Wish you good luck and let me know if you have any questions. 🙂
Hi Matthew, I am trying to increase my search traffic and clicks. Your video series will help me to do so.I am waiting.
Hope the video series helps!
Hi Matthew,Very much looking forward to your videos and learning how to increase traffic for one basic reason… I’m not getting any!I’m in the process of building an Amazon affiliate site in the archery niche, my site has only been up for around 5 months and I have 12 or so articles so far.All my keywords are low competition and as a result, low search numbers.I currently do not do any link building.I’m doing everything strictly by the book as my goal is to build a site that will provide a passive income for a long time so I don’t mind ‘going it slow’ as long as I get to where I want to go at some time in the future.Looking forward to your next video Matthew.Best,PeterPerth, Western Australia
Hey Peter, I think these 2 videos can help you as well -Unboxed SEO 001 – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCHOCzd5roo&t=8sUnboxed SEO 002 – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sN0NR8QGCyk&t=250sGood luck!
Very first website built on Shopify. Trying to get into SEO as Facebook marketing has so far been insanely expensive and
Yes pay close attention to how that Facebook traffic performs in Google Analytics, it often bounces and has zero time on page. You can also look at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCHOCzd5roo for some advice or https://searchlogistics.com/seo/ecommerce/
Hi MathewI have many keywords that are stuck from position 5 to page 2.Any techniques I can use to help push these keywords to top positions?
In that case build more links to your homepage to build authority and build an equal amount to the most important inner pages that are stuck. Please see https://searchlogistics.com/seo/link-building/strategies/ or https://searchlogistics.com/seo/link-building/services/
Thank you, Matthew. I love your tutorials and have learnt so much from them. Still haven’t fathomed how to get more traffic to my site, but haven’t given up. There must be something I am missing but feel that I will crack the code one day soon….
Follow through this process, you’ll be fine 🙂
Hi Matthew. I like your videos and think them useful – until a point, where only money can help. I handmade a site, in the past year, it is very fast, often loads in about 1-2 sec on desktop and 3 sec on mobile. GTmetrix, Ahrefs, PageSpeed Insight, Webpagetest all shows 90-100% quality and speed. The pages have all good things, h1, h2, alt-tags, inner links, images, more or less enough text. All pages are mobile-friendly, indexed. Have all social media profiles. I collected some strongish backlinks, like 40 of them (this much I could get naturally so far). Everything is kinda perfect, except for one thing. I have zero traffic. I reached a point where I start to think, that only hundreds or thousands of backlinks can make my site appear on Google, and that makes me a little disappointed. My site was made from zero cost, but 365 days of my time. I have no money left after one year of building up the site. I didn’t know web development or SEO at all before. I feel I have done what I could. What you think, is there a slight chance to appear on google without buying backlinks for thousands of dollars if I target highly competitive keywords? I know, another option is to target less competitive keywords, but if I’d rank on some gibberish keyword, then that doesn’t make me a profit… Or, alternatively, I can find a job. Don’t you have any vacancies? I worked in the UK in the past decade.
Highly competitive keywords require significant budget to compete. Companies are usually investing huge amounts of money to grow their link profiles every month so it’s better to target more specific, higher converting keywords and grow from there.

thank a lot for information
No problem! 🙂
thanks
Hello Matthew, I have taught myself SEO and I have gotten some 1st-page results but mostly I am frustrated. One of the biggest factors seems to be the Google score number (can’t remember what it’s really called). What factors are influencing the number? The other tough issue is how to get links. It would be wonderful if you would do a video on link building. Thankyou for your help!Ron Ratoff
Hey Ron! You need to please Google if you want to rank and this is how to do it https://searchlogistics.com/seo/google-ranking-factors/. I also have a bunch of link building strategies over there https://searchlogistics.com/seo/ in the link building section. Hope it helps!
The silly questions are the ones you don’t ask 😉 The main difference between leads and your traffic is that the “lead” has the potential of becoming a customer of your business, while the “traffic” might have just chanced upon your website while looking for something.
Your a good man brother
Thank you so much, Sajjad Bawa!
What’s the difference between traffic and leads? And how case studies help in leads?Sorry to ask such a silly question.
I’ve been trying everything to get traffic, I have spent a ridiculous amount of money of these “rank quick” apps and software and none of them not one has done what advertised, I make make pretty decent videos and blog sites and try to use YouTube to drive traffic to my blog but can’t get the traffic, It’s the vital missing piece!!! So I’m up for anything that won’t cost me even more money to achieve results.
Hey Simon! Hope my strategy will work for you. Let me know if you have any questions.
Hey Matthew,Thanks so much for this introduction to quick win SEO.My first experience with trying SEO “for real” involved getting a subscription to a paid tool (a good one, too!), doing keyword research on long tail keywords, then writing targeted content around those keywords.I saw a tiny bump in the following weeks and months, but nowhere near what I was hoping for. Then, I also used the on-page SEO optimization tweaks, as well as submitting sitemaps through Google Search Console.I saw what appeared to be small bumps, but no big wins. It’s about 6 months later, and what I’ve been looking at now is genuinely engaging with the community in the intersection of the niches I’m interested in (behavioral science + conversion copywriting for lead generation and selling that as a packaged service.) Also this: link building. Looking forward to learning more and thank you so much for being so generous with your time and knowledge!Th
Your efforts are going to pay off! Keep it up! And don’t worry, I will keep posting free-content to help people like you succeed 🙂
